PRICING

Consultation fee: $75.00 for half an hour.  If you cannot make the appointment, we require a 24 hour advance notice to reschedule or cancel or the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Legal Notice Letter: Starting at a $750.00 non-refundable flat-rate fee for a single issue demand letter.  At times, we will recommend sending a letter to the HOA or management company to put them on legal notice of a situation, to establish a dispute, or as a method or quick resolution of a dispute.  Our typical non-refundable fee for a single-issue matter is $750.00, but it may be more for more complex situations.  (If you have multiple issues, negotiation may be a more cost effective choice for you.)

Negotiation representation:  Starting at a $2,500.00 non-refundable retaining fee.  We bill against this fee at $250.00 to $395.00 per hour, depending on the experience of the attorney.  You receive full credit for the $2,500.00 for work done.  This is the most common retaining fee for this type of work, but the fee may be higher in more complex cases.  More detail would be explained in a legal services agreement. 

Litigation representation:  Starting at a $5,000.00 non-refundable retaining fee.  We bill against this fee at $250.00 to $395.00 per hour, depending on the experience of the attorney.  You receive full credit for the $5,000.00 for work done.  This is the most common retaining fee for this type of work, but the fee may be higher in more complex cases.  More detail would be explained in a legal services agreement.
