HOA BOARD MEMBER REPRESENTATION

HOA Board Members are homeowners, too.  They also have difficulty finding representation at times, as if they need representation, they are often in conflict with the association and the association’s attorney directs them to get their own counsel.  We know that you are a volunteer, and this is not your job.  Even if mistakes were made, they are often mistakes and not intentional.  In these circumstances, we want to make sure that your voice is heard.

While a lot of our practice is focused on protecting homeowners from errors in the HOA, we do understand that often these are simply errors.  At other times, a homeowner has not consulted with an attorney and has no real claim; they are just angry.  As a member of the HOA Board, you have certain liabilities that we need to work to protect you from, as your volunteer position just became a legal problem.

To go over your case in detail to decide on a strategy that works for your situation, we ask that you call to schedule a consultation at 770-863-8355.  The cost of the consultation is $75.00 for half an hour.  If you cannot make the appointment, we require a 24 hour advance notice to reschedule or cancel or the consultation fee is non-refundable.
